If, by any chance, you receive a damaged or incorrect suit, please reach out to us at Urwaflair@gmail.com before returning the item. We will conduct a second check on your suit's details, review video clips, examine the packing records, and verify the quality control reports. This process allows us to double-check our own robust system. If your claim is found to be accurate, we will promptly inform you.

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

You can easily initiate a return within 14 days from the day you receive your order at Urwa Flair Clothing.
Your refund will be issued in the form of a credit voucher, which will be emailed to you within 10 days from when we confirm the receipt of your item.
The credit voucher remains valid for up to 3 months.
Please note that we do not offer refunds to the original payment method unless the item is damaged.
Pre-Orders and Customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Sale/Discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Any return requests made after the 14-day period from receipt will be refused.
If your order includes free shipping (for orders over £99) and you wish to return it, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
The customer is required to cover the cost of return postage.
Ensure that the tags remain intact on returned items.
Returned items must be undamaged, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Items received in an unsuitable condition may be sent back, and no refund will be issued.
The customer is responsible for the secure packaging of returned items.
We do not assume responsibility for items sent to us by mistake.
Please clearly state the reason for returning the item on the back of the invoice.
Include the invoice with the parcel when returning items.
Items are not our responsibility until they have been signed for by our customer care office.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order at any time before it is processed. Once you receive a confirmation email indicating that the order has been processed, we cannot accommodate cancellation requests, and our standard return and exchange policy will apply. Urwa Flair Clothing reserves the right to cancel your order for various reasons, including faulty items, out-of-stock products, pricing errors, and miscellaneous issues. In such cases, we will provide a full refund.
